Terms of Service

By subscribing to the Best in the City label, you agree to abide by these terms. The label is granted on a yearly or three-year basis and renews automatically at the same discounted rate.

You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date. Refunds are available for first-time subscribers within 14 days, provided your business has not yet been listed in the directory.

You agree to display the label honestly and to maintain the standards that justified the award. We reserve the right to revoke the label in case of misuse or substantial deterioration of quality.

All disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion and, failing that, through competent jurisdiction in our place of registration.
